卢霏

卢霏,女,理学博士。教授,博士生导师

 

 

 

个人简历:

1985年毕业于山东大学光学系;1991年获光学专业工学硕士学位;1997年获凝聚态物理理学博士学位。2000年至2002年作为红堡学者在德国于利希研究中心从事稀土离子掺杂半导体发光器件研究。

Nano TechnologyJournal of Applied Physics, Chinese physics letters 学术期刊稿件评审人。国家自然科学基金、科技部和山东省科技项目同行评审专家。

主持完成国家自然科学基金项目:“离子注入光波导新方法的研究” ;教育部博士点基金“离子注入对离子交换KTP周期波导的调制”和北京大学开放实验室重点项目多项。作为主要完成人先后参加了国家自然科学基金重点项目一项;自然科学基金项目三项;教育部博士点基金项目一项。

作为主要完成人先后获得国家自然科学二等奖;教育部中国高校自然科学一等奖;山东省科技进步二等奖两项。获得国家发明专利2项。发表文章100余篇,除7篇被EI 收录外,其余均被SCI收录。

目前主持科研项目三项,其中国家自然基金项目两项 “用离子注入方法制备光学晶体异质结构机理研究”和“稀土离子与Si注入ZnO晶体的荧光加强特性研究”;山东省自主创新及成果转化专项“铌酸锂单晶薄膜制备关键技术研发及产业化”,累计科研经费达200余万。已指导毕业博士和硕士研究生10多名,毕业生去向:高等院校,科研机构,外企,出国深造等。

主要研究方向:

光波导器件的制备与分析;

粒子与固体相互作用;

光学晶体材料的分析及薄膜制备;

荧光特性加强。
